Please note, we can not control what happens once the parcel leaves our hands.

We do insure against breakage and loss, and we package our items very carefully.

Additionally, we can not guarantee delivery times, we can only give estimates based on the information provided to us.

Freight deliveries to some larger cities, such as NYC, are curbside.

This means buyer is responsible for arranging uncrating and delivery inside their home.

Please contact us directly to confirm the policy for deliveries in your city if you are unsure.

All items insured against breakage or other damage during shipping. The purchaser is responsible for filing claim, unless item will be shipped back to Stiltskin Studios. If your item is damaged or lost, etc, we are happy to assist you in any way that we can and will provide a replacement, if possible.

Due to nature of vintage, one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final.
